7:16 a.m. - Yesterday went okay. Our game last night was awful. I've never seen a weaker high school boys basketball team at Alleman than what I saw last night. The final score was something like 85-26. Marcus took us to a bar-and-grill after the game in Sterling called Kelly's. It was an Irish pub that was known for its Mexican food. I had a burrito that was the size of an entire plate. Amber already made her way up to Dubuque, so I am home alone, but I don't have much time this morning. Shawn is picking me up at 8:30 to go do a couple of lower level games at Riverdale. Then I'm coming home, packing up, and heading up to Dubuque to be with Amber and the kids and grandkids at an indoor waterpark up there. So I'm relaxing in quiet this morning before the rest of the day turns quite hectic.
