4:56 a.m. -  I survived yesterday.  I stumbled and bumbled through the two 504 meetings, but the important things got done.  We had conversations with parents, and parents provided input on the plans.  Now I just have to figure out how to clean up all the "legal stuff" and get copies of the paperwork out to the parents.  And then I got through my first junior high girls basketball night.  The left knee is just stiff, so it's not where I want it to be.  On the other hand, there wasn't any pain in the knee joints, which was nice.  I did end up taking a Tylenol last night, but I have been off of the Meloxocam for awhile.  I wasn't winded, but then again I really wasn't running hard.  I did put ice bags on the knee when I got home, so hopefully that helped.  I just need to stay positive and keep working on it, and I really need to focus on losing weight.  

And now on to today.  Rain continues.  I have another junior high girls basketball night.  And I have a teacher observation today.  Just keep swimming.  The weather continues to look good for this weekend...can't wait to be in the camper!
