5:12 a.m. - Whew...this morning is a windy one! Gusts are around 50 mph. The hot tub is having trouble staying heated, and I'm not planning on trying to get a soak in this morning. I'll just be stretching instead.
Yesterday went great. I managed to get a few things done I needed to do, and the day managed to go by nice and quickly. I got around to everyone individually to wish them a Happy Thanksgiving. At the end of the day, I headed to Aledo, and Tony and I worked with someone new. The games were pretty good games, and the legs continue to feel better, even though I'm really tired today. It's going to be nice to have a couple days off with Thanksgiving. In fact, there's a forecast for a big snowstorm on Saturday, so maybe that game at Prophetstown will get canceled. I fear everything is going to get moved to Friday, but I really don't want to work much on Friday.
Today should be a good one. First, there is only one game to work at Kewanee Wethersfield. Next, I'm with my partners. Next, after our game, we are going to watch Rockridge. I also am interested in possibly looking at an SUV to purchase. It's a 2010 Tahoe, and I have a couple of worries, but I also am hopeful those can be overcome. I had hoped to look at it today, but with the weather being so windy, I may wait until after Thanksgiving to do that. And then if there is a big snowstorm, I may have to wait for that too. I wonder if Mother Nature is trying to tell me something?
