6:29 a.m. - Well yesterday was messed up. I got a call about 10 a.m. from Mr. Bush saying that a water line had been ruptured at the high school, and they were shutting the water off and had to dismiss students to the various elementaries while the elementaries remained open. So for about an hour we had junior high and high school students at ICE. It all ended up just fine through the scramble. Then I got some work done in the afternoon since it was an 11:30 day. Then we went and worked a basketball scrimmage at MonRose in the evening. After that, we finished the day at Papa's and had some barbecue - it was delicious.
Today, I need to get some things done, but I'm typing this in from the high school kitchen. Marcus didn't wake up in time, and he asked me to run over and turn water on in order to have the water tested. It's a great start to the day! I need to do some work on the camper, may try to break out the inflatable hot tub, and then I might try to do some yardwork. All of that, and then Amber says we are going on a date night, so that means we'll be at the casino.
