Sunday, November 9

6:23 a.m. - Yesterday was a Saturday that I needed.  In the morning, I worked on the truck to get it ready for winter.  It was just in time, because it snowed last night!  I had to remove the fifth wheel attachment from the bed, and also get the big jack out out of the bed.  I also needed to put the sand bags weight in the bed of the truck.  I don't plan on using the truck much in the winter, but if I need to, it's now ready.  After that, I worked on the camper.  I wanted to see if the battery was bad, so I removed the battery to get it tested.  I also wanted to experiment with the thermostat in the camper, and I think it is bad too, so I ordered another one off of Amazon.  Then I had to run some errands - first to Andalusia to give away some diapers, then to Aledo to get the battery tested, then to the YMCA to work out on the elliptical machine a little.  I need to do more of that.  On the way out of town, I stopped at WalMart and got some shoes to wear around the house.

When I got back home, it was time to relax.  I watched some football and basketball.  Knox was here when I arrived, but he napped most of the time he was here.  A little later the Harrisons arrived - at least three of them - Kenzie, Brinley, and Brooklyn.  Eventually, Darrin arrived with Luke too.  The three of them stayed the night while Kenzie and Darrin went out to celebrate her birthday.  We watched Gator Boys for a little, and then I went to the bedroom and watched some more football and basketball on TV and fell to sleep.  Apparently Gigi didn't get much sleep.

Today, Gigi and the Harrisons are going to Bible School, and I'm going to do some more things around the house.  I also have some schoolwork to do, and I have to help my mom with her chickens.  It's very cold outside today, so I'll be dressing warmly.
