4:45 a.m. - We got through yesterday.  It wasn't easy.  Getting home and relaxing after the end of the day was nice.  And I got through a nice night of sleep without hacking and coughing.  Maybe I've fully recovered from the cold symptoms and lack of sleep I experienced last week.  

Today is Christmas program day.  I have to pick up a bus this morning and assist in transporting students.  The practice is this afternoon and then the performance is this evening.  It's going to be a long day, but tomorrow will be even a longer day.  Just keep swimming.
