4:47 a.m. - I feared yesterday would be a ridiculous long day. It was. Today is going to be a ridiculous long day too. Sometimes, life just features ridiculous long days.
Yesterday was Christmas concert day. That means a high energy day for students, which means an energy drainer for staff and a real problem for our students that struggle with behavior issues anyway.
Today? - annual physical at my doctor's office, admin meeting at the district office, meeting with the American Fidelity rep, finished the school day, officiate a challenging game at Sherrard with Sherrard and Riverdale girls. And now looking at the weather forecast, the wintry weather is going to go south, so that means no early dismissal and not cancelled basketball game and school tomorrow. Dang.
