6:28 a.m. - Rain, rain go away. Yesterday proceeded as planned and expected - got through a half day of school with free read Wednesday, got through an in-service talking about student handbook issues, got through a softball night at Orion.
Today I woke up to emails from students expressing concern that something wasn't going well with their presentations. I refrained from blasting those emails; instead just stating that I tried to encourage students to use class time effectively, test and practice with the technology, and hopefully they discovered a solution or would need to turn in their assignments late. Despite several of those responses, most students have their assignments turned in, so we will be able to proceed with viewing video files.
I expect today's softball games to be cancelled. Maybe I can go get a haircut.
