6:17 a.m. - I got all of the profiles reviewed that I had received from students. I think I can get yesterday's FRW and PODW exit slips finished when I get to school today. I also need to figure out my lesson plan for Public Speaking. I talked with Carmen last night; things are going okay in her world. I haven't heard from the Bizarri boys lately, but I'll try again this weekend. I heard on the news this morning that Mercer County High School is going to remote learning today and tomorrow because of rising COVID cases; and of course I'm working a junior high softball game today in Aledo. Last night I went to Shawn's to work on the Andersen hitch that I have for the GMC - looking towards Sunday's pick up of the Eagle (our recently purchased used fifth wheel camper) in Minier, Illinois. The weather is looking good for Sunday, so that's a plus. I just want to get it back here, so I can start the learning curve as to what it's going to take to make it ours. We probably won't be able to camp for a couple weeks, but I hope to get it out at least 2-3 times this fall before winter hits.
