Monday, April 12

6:07 a.m. - I didn't get to see Cole yesterday, but hopefully we'll umpire together next weekend if we don't get a washout weekend again.  The weather is colder this week but the rain is supposed to stay away.  The grass maybe won't jump too high.  Rain totals, though, were around three inches, so there is a lot of water in the south part of our yard.  We get a lot of water from the school and from the east side of the village, so there are times that it looks like a river back there.  This week is going to be busy...5 p.m. starts all week - 1 junior high girls basketball and 3 high school volleyball.  Have I mentioned that I'm ready for volleyball to be over?  This week is also SAT week and Training Path Presenter week...this is great for students, a little nervewracking for me.  Perhaps I'll get a chance to score essays, though, as I'm behind schedule on that task.  The first few that I've scored are okay, so I should be able to get through them.  Have the grandchildren here at the house for most of the weekend doesn't work well for quiet time to score essays.
