7:35 a.m. - That was better!  I got a good night's sleep last night.  I went to sleep a little later - around 10 p.m., and yesterday wasn't as "physical" with as much walking as I had done the previous two days.  I still woke up at 3 a.m. to use the bathroom, and I didn't go right back to sleep, but I wasn't as uncomfortable, and I took an Extra Strength Tylenol, and got back to sleep within an hour I think.  

That was all after a day that included me getting to school for a couple of hours from about 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., and I attended the BOE meeting that started at 6:30.  I would have skipped it, but I needed to make a student of the month presentation to the BOE and I wanted to do that.  

Also yesterday, I went downstairs and tried to start back to complete some exercise with dumb bells.  That felt good to do.

• register the Ford with the state

• renew my teaching license can start doing it on April 1 (AA should be in as of 4/24)
• complete SEL online course
• use Dick's gift certificate
• a hood light switch for the Ford
