5:04 a.m. - Yesterday's highlight was an appointment at Milan Optical.  All the news there was good, as the scans and pressure check were normal.  The school day was a bit challenging; I think it's the full moon we are currently experiencing.  After school, I met Tony, Shawn, and Marcus at Moe's in Reynolds.  It was nice to get together with them.  Marcus and Shawn didn't arrive until around 7 p.m., and Mary joined them.  Also, Lisa later arrived too.  The only bad thing was the service...it took forever to get our food.  I don't know what the deal was.  

Today is Friday, and it's the first day of May, and I see a full moon in the sky.  Those aren't great signs.  Also, Mr. Lehtola will be in the building to visit.  He's going to be in the office a little for me while I recover from knee surgery, so he's going to visit to experience a bit of the day.  Just keep swimming.

• register for IHSA stuff - after May 1
• renew my teaching license can start doing it on April 1 (AA should be in as of 4/24)

• arrive at hospital by 6:45 a.m.
