2:10 p.m. - Trying to help Brinley stay asleep overnight was a challenge...I still say that girl is nuclear powered. I managed to go back to bed and get a few hours of sleep early this morning. Kristi and Mallory stopped by with some gifts, and Kenzie picked up the girls before noon. I then took Sophie for a long walk and brought up Christmas presents from Santa's workshop. I think we are all set for tomorrow, but now I need to head to complete a few errands, including picking up some egg nog. Tonight is going to be Hallmark movies and egg nog. Tomorrow will be Christmas celebrations with the Amber's girls and families first in the morning and then my kids later in the morning. I'll then head to my mom and dad's and visit in the evening. I'll be eating pretty much all day long. Ho, Ho, Ho! Oh and today I also helped assemble a Little Tikes grill for little Tucker. I cannot express the joy I have in assembling things like that...NOT! :) Actually, there weren't as many pieces as I feared, so all is well!
