Sunday, May 24 - Happy 27th Birthday Chase

7:00 a.m. - Sunny, warm, and no wind...it's been a long time since I woke up and saw those conditions.  It's nice to see the sun.  Chase turns 27 today, and I hope he has a wonderful day.  I haven't seen him since March.
