2020 - E-Learning - Day 32

I spent the day working on recording assignments and providing feedback, which are what Mondays are normally about.  I still have more assignments to grade and more assignments to respond to, and since the end of the year now approaches, the procrastinators are now in scramble mode. I had over 60 late notice submissions.  At my FedEx Ground workout, I had an interesting night.  I basically had my first avalanche of packages fall on me from the chute, and then I worked with another employee that just made that job even harder.  Finally, I was switched to helping Jerry with IC packages on the belt, and that was a nice switch from working in the trailers.

Things that I NOW think about with the coronavirus. (5/18)

We are just going to live with it, and I'm okay with that.  We aren't really following the recommendations of declining numbers for 14 days, but there is an interest in trying to get the economy restored.  So perhaps the quarantine enabled the healthcare system to figure out how to be prepared for an outbreak in respective areas, and communities experienced quarantined conditions in the event that an outbreak occurs in their areas.  So now, will we have a combination of normal and stay-at-home?  Will businesses, churches, and schools now offer both paths for the foreseeable future until a vaccine and effective treatment options are available.
