I'm more aware on Memorial Day how blessed and lucky I am. I'm not a military person, and I don't really have many military family members. I can only imagine the deepness this day has for other folks, and I hope it's not just another holiday that features parties and beginning of summer fun. Yesterday was more yardwork and the first pool day of the summer. I had too much beer, pizza, and sun, so today might be more of a recovery and relaxation day before heading off to a FedEx Ground workout.
6:47 p.m. It was kind of a weird day. We went for a walk; I worked on the truck while Amber shampooed some carpets; we went to a graduation party for Chandler Massey; and then I was called into work but it only lasted 90 min. Just before noon, I had a friend give me some advice on our hot water heater, and he told us it needs replaced. That was an expense that I wasn't planning for this summer, but I guess that's the way it goes.
Things that I NOW think about with the coronavirus. (5/25)

- Amen
