7:32 - I didn't wake up this morning to many emails that were late assignment submissions, which was a wonderful thing. Today is Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, which is the unofficial beginning of summer. It's also the official beginning of the end of the school year. It wasn't easy; the grading procedure for students changed, which was confusing, but I think I figured it out according to expectations. Seven students out of 79 finished incomplete, and they will get their report cards this coming week I expect at least a couple of them will finish enough assignments to reach complete and passing status.
The weather this weekend is going to be warmer, but it's also going to have storms. I think today is going to be a pool day, and I expect that Amber and I will head to the local greenhouse and shop for some flowers and maybe some garden plants. It will be nice to spend some time outside, even if I'll be digging into the pool and the dirt. I think I may throw on the heater, so maybe we can spend some time in the pool tomorrow with temps forecasted to be in the 80's.
8:11 p.m. Bought flowers, plants, potting soil, and weed-and-feed; planted flowers on the font porch and in the backyard flower bed, mowed the grass, vacuumed the pool, planted the garden....DEFINITELY A FULL DAY.
Things that I NOW think about with the coronavirus. (5/23)
