7:50 a.m. - One more day of first semester is all that is left.  Yesterday was a very productive day because I got my checkbook balanced; I got some schoolwork done; and I got all my Xmas wrapping done in Santa's Workshop.  Unfortunately I had to watch the Bears game while doing it, but at least the wrapping job helped keep my spirits up.  I've now gone two days without officiating, and my knee is appreciating the time off even though I'm sitting here with the usual ice pack on it right now.

7:20 a.m. - Our computer at home is not working, so I didn't have an entry yesterday, and this one is going to be very short.  Semester exams are today and tomorrow.  I will have a lot of scoring of assignments over the holiday break, and I will have a lot of officiating between Christmas and New Years.  It's okay, I can handle it.  So far I don't have any officiating tonight, so tonight I think it's the Hallmark Channel and Santa's Workshop to get some gifts wrapped.
