6:02 a.m. - The weather outlook for this weekend continues to look crappy. Camping at Loud Thunder doesn't appear likely...damn.
Yesterday...another good day...good day from our visitor presenter...survived softball in the cold.
Today...no instruction from me and no visitor. Well...there will be a visitor, but Mrs. Reed is visiting to help students prepare their answer sheets for the SAT. I'll be scoring training path worksheets and entering grades. In short, this will not be a very fun day. Later on, I head to Riverdale...to work Riverdale and Monmouth-Roseville again. I had these two teams at Monmouth on Monday...I've had Monmouth-Roseville three times this week. It's never a lot of fun having a team too many times, but sometimes that's just how scheduling works out.
Things to do for school
- score and enter from Monmouth College
- score and enter from NAVY
- agendas and post for next week
- receive visit confirmation from EICC, BHC,
- check into costs of Fahrenheit 451 graphic novels
- work on research paper prompt
- Write an argument in which you select an historical figure you have encountered so far in English III or U.S. History that would prove to be an effective leader for the United States in 2023. In your argument include research of relevant background information of your selected individual, as well as her/his effective leadership traits (and if you believe those traits would translate to today's modern challenges).
