5:32 a.m. - At least the work week is starting on a Tuesday! I wish the weather would have been a little better this past weekend, but Mother Nature shall do what she likes. And even if things turned wet after Saturday afternoon, there were enough times of dry weather that allowed for a few things. The officiating schedule looks decent this week...going to head over to Wilton today, and then have a night off tomorrow night. Then Braeden and I will head back to Riverdale on Thursday. Friday will be another night off, and then what I thing will finally be my last softball date will occur on Saturday. This week shouldn't be a "long" as the past two weeks.
Today, the 7th period English 101 group of students is allowed to leave school prior to the period if they would like. I'm interested to see how many students stick around during the period to get work done and how many end up taking advantage of the opportunity.
I do need to figure out my lesson plans for the week, so I can button up my Evaluwise "stuff" for my evaluation/observation later this week - maybe I'll work on that today. I also need to complete my Part 2 exam for volleyball officiating. I have to complete the exam sometime before September 13. I'm really not sure why I'm doing it because I really have no interest in working volleyball postseason. I guess I just figured that if there is an opportunity to be promoted from "X" to "R", I might as well do it. This morning I think I'm going for a walk, and because the weather is nice, I think I will do it outside. I do need to get my volleyball officiating stuff loaded back into the car.
