Friday, September 16

6:01 a.m. - It's been a long, long week.  Today I need to get a lot of school work done, which could be doable because Mrs. Bohnsack will be visiting to talk with the juniors and get their College Board accounts set up.  And it's not just school where I have a lot of work.  I need to get the grass mowed and clean the pool too, and today may be the best weather day to do it.  On the other hand, I would like to go to the football game tonight.  I wonder if I could put in a good day of schoolwork, a good couple of hours of yardwork, and then grab a couple of pork chop sandwiches and watch the ball game.  That would be a long but productive day.  And next week basketball season starts!  September to March is a long basketball season.

Yesterday was the new paycheck, and I had a little more money in my paycheck.  I was hoping for $100 or more from the last paycheck, and I didn't quite make that, but I'm hoping that all the other members did.  That amount doesn't really cover the additional amount it costs just to pay for the same stuff we were buying last year, but at least it's a little more.  I guess I just have to keep officiating to make the ends meet up.
