6:37 a.m. - Amber's home! She got back yesterday from her trip to Florida to help the Southwells move in. Yesterday wasn't much of a day for me, which suited me just fine. I had physical therapy in the morning, and then went out to IC Elementary for a bit. Then I had a sandwich for lunch at Reason's with Shawn and Marcus. Then I went back to the office for a bit before heading home for the rest of the day. I did watch USA play in the World Cup - I still don't understand soccer very well, but I watched.
Today I think we are going to watch Luke play, and I need to get to my parents to get some hay down. We have storms moving in again today and tonight, so perhaps it was a good thing that I didn't take the camper out. I think the highlight today is that I'm going to try to ride my bike and take a walk and try to exercise for at least 30 minutes and try to get my heart rate up. I need to start getting into a routine to start getting the weight off.
