4:54 a.m. - It's very cold out, and we are watching to see if we will be going to school or not today. There are schools closing south of us, which is an indication that we may not be going to school, but I'd be very surprised if we canceled. I'd take it, though!
Yesterday was a good day, but it was a hodge-podge like I thought it would be. We did go to the youth wrestling tournament at Rockridge to watch Tucker, and he did really well. After coming home I reviewed the basketball games I officiated on Saturday to see how I'm doing, and I am looking better but still not where I want to be. I also got some exercise in. I then watched some football before heading to Aledo to pick up my ring that I had dropped in Tony's truck on Saturday night. After that, I went to mom and dad's to help them with barn needs and to visit a bit. Then I came home and watched a little more football and went to bed early.
Today? Well, depending on whether or not we go to school, the day will obviously be different. It's now 5:20, and I haven't heard anything, so it's possible we won't go to school. I've actually got a couple of things I could take care of if we don't have school. It would be nice to read my book too. The temps are -15 to -30 degrees, and not having to get up in that crap would be great.
