Sunday, March 9

8:18 a.m. - We lost an hour of sleep last night, but that's okay.  Yesterday, after going with Amber to Dollar General and dropping the HHR off for service at Slayden's, I returned home and pretty much stayed off my feet and watched basketball all day.  It was awesome.  The Harrison grandchildren were here for a bit, and I did have to go outside with them for a bit, but I watched most of all the games of the IHSA girls basketball state finals, and I watched some other basketball too.

Today won't be as carefree.  Amber isn't feeling well, and I need to run a few errands - need to pick up some cat food and dog food and check mouse traps and visit mom and dad and probably fill up the gas tank in the GMC.  The weather seems to want to cooperate, so maybe I'll get an outside walk in somewhere/somehow.  There is a basketball game I'd like to watch - the Missouri Valley tournament championship, which is at 1 p.m.  Maybe I can squeeze that in somehow.
