11:13 a.m. - I'm back at home and have a lot to do - pool, yard, schoolwork...geez. I did have a great weekend, though. Running that trail event yesterday was an awesome adventure. I pushed myself harder than I should have. I was the last one off the trail, and there were times on that last loop that I wasn't sure I was going to make it all the way back to the start-finish line. I was feeling cold and didn't have any energy and I was questioning my decision to try to complete that last loop. The course itself was brutal. I'm not sure why the race director would have a course like that unless the real participants just want a hilly training course. I finished 16th...there weren't many more runners than that, but I didn't finish last!

- If a student notices that their exam questions are getting easier rather than harder, they might think that they’re doing poorly on the exam and become more focused on how they’re performing than on doing their best. In general, the stress of not knowing how challenging the next part of the exam will be could increase test overall anxiety.
