7:46 a.m. - Rain has appeared once again this morning.  Radar reveals that most of it is north of us, so perhaps it won't be a total rain out day.  In fact the hourly forecast has rain for another hour and clouds for most of the day.  I'm glad we got everything put away from the party yesterday.  I do need to work on that power problem to the pool heater, but I think I know what that is.  It's too bad the IHSA volleyball rules meeting and test were available today, since that an indoor thing.  Maybe I'll go see how progress is going on my classroom.  I think Amber and I may be headed to church service this morning.  Maybe I can go visit with mom a little too.

7:17 p.m. update - We did go to church service, I did get in some exercise, and I ate more that I had hoped.  I even was dumb and had a nutty bar.  It was nice to have a fairly quiet day today.  I think along with the food below, I had some water melon, sweet corn, and salad.  Yes, like I mentioned, I ate too much.

Today's main exercise - 30 min nordic walk, and a little strength training in the basement
