5:36 a.m. - Schools our for summer....for students and most staff.  For me, school's just a little dormant...just in summer mode.  

Yesterday went fine.  I started at the retirement breakfast..NOT SEEING LILA KLINE...  I don't blame her, though,  When I retire, I just want to be done.  I wonder, though, if she would be interested in being a health aide at Illinois City Elementary - a position I need to fill for next school year that could possibly be a couple days a week if I could find one or two other retired folk with medical backgrounds that would be interested.

After the breakfast, I then headed to PT, and I was told there not to use a cane anymore.  Then it was back to ICE for a wrap-up there.  After that, it was on to the "get-together' with the teachers from ICE and TRE.  I made an appearance, made a contribution, and then headed out.  I stopped in to see Amber at her "get-together", and then I accompanied Amber to Davenport for an errand and then we went to Aledo for Brooklyn's first game. 

That was a busy day.

Today...not sure about today.  I meet with the surgeon at 8:30, and then it's back to ICE.  I'm not sure what happens after that.  I was thinking about camping this weekend, but I'm not sure that will happen.

I did get my bill from the anesthesiologist from my surgery.  That's another bill I have to take care of, but it should be the last big one.  I hope I can now turn in all of those big items and get some money back.
