Saturday, Oct. 10

6:30 a.m. - With no campground sites available at Loud Thunder nor West Lake, I returned the JayFlight back to it's parking area.  I did it by myself this time, and it looks good!  It was a bit challenging because I had to get out of the truck several times to make sure I wasn't going to hit anything.  Just as I was finishing that up, Carmen made a surprise visit, so that was nice.  This morning I'm going to get cleaned up and head over to North Scott High School for some volleyball officiating.  I'm honestly not real crazy to do this, but the pay is usually really good, and I haven't done much volleyball.  I'll survive.  I'm not sure what the rest of today and the weekend is going to include.  The weather is suppose to be very nice, so I hope to get a little hiking on a trail somewhere; I haven't been to Blackhawk State Park for awhile, so maybe that's an option.

Prayer for My Heart
Holy Spirit...
Help me have...
    a pure heart, that I may see;
    a humble heart, that I may hear;
    a heart of love, that I may serve;
    a heart of faith, that I may abide in the spirit.
                                                                     Amen
