7:41 a.m. - I did not end up regretting my decision to officiate at Jordan - six games of seventh grade boys and $210 and finished by 1:00 p.m. I'll take that. I didn't get a chance to attend the football game at Rockridge because when I got home there were grandchildren. (The granddogs were still here too.) I did spend time playing, and I watched the Illini lose, and I did listen to the Rockridge game, but it sounded like Maroa-Forsyth just was better. The team had a great season and lost to a very good opponent.
Today I think we are going to church service, and I am going to help move some appliances around for my mom. My friend Greg is going to help, so it will be fun to spend some time with him. I will probably then chill out and watch some football and/or maybe the Hallmark Channel tonight to gear up for what proves to be a very, very busy week ahead.
