7:14 p.m. I got just what I needed out of this weekend. Took the JayFlight to Loud Thunder for one last weekend. It was cold...it was windy...it was still doable. I had a couple of great hikes, and the fall colors were beautiful. Plus, on Friday, we had a nice campfire and my mom and Coach Strachan visited for a nice evening of campfire, beverages, and conversation. Today we put the trailer in the barn at my parents' farm. It was a tight squeeze, but we made it in there. My mom was a little nervous navigating me, but we just took our time and finally got her into play. I do need to winterize and put a tarp over it and then put some dryer sheets in down, but I have a little time to complete that. I did get plenty of exercise today...after the walk at Loud Thunder, I made multiple trips from trailer to the house to get everything out of the trailer that needed to be put in the house for the winter. I'm really tired. In other news, I was able to clear out my softball stuff from the HHR and take it downstairs; I think I while a little Sunday night football and work on putting that stuff into the closet for the winter. WOW...that was an awesome weekend!
