6:52 a.m. - I didn't sleep great last night, but my sleep cycle is off, so I guess that's understandable.  I woke up around 2 a.m. and managed to get back to sleep around 3 a.m. I think.  My stomach still isn't right, but that's also to be expected.  I don't think I will have to worry about bathroom issues, though, so it's time to head back to work.  I think today I'm going without the mask since the state has changed its position on the mask mandate and the CDC has also changed its recommendations.  

The Ukraine thing has my mind troubled.  I just don't see a way out for Putin.  He's not going to back down, and he's not going to accept defeat.  I just don't see an off ramp for him.  

This week I need to wrap up transcendentalism and be prepared next week for the training path presenter series.

The goal today is to get through today without any "sicky" problems and then have another night off.  Maybe if the weather is nice, and I'm feeling up to it, I'll get outside a little bit.  I didn't get outside yesterday even though I did get many things done in the house.  Plus, I did get those essays scored - they were horrendous.
