6:30 a.m. - A week from today I'm scheduled for my softball date.  Today, there's three inches of snow on the ground from an overnight snowstorm.  On Saturday night, there were severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings...Midwest weather at it's finest.  I'm not sure about those softball games next week.  Some schools had delayed starts and some schools even canceled today.  I'm honestly surprised we didn't delay.

I'm also not sure about the RTA meeting with the BOE tonight.  I haven't heard anything official, but tonight is the boys basketball Supersectional, and I can't imagine that we will have the meeting with that event.  

Today I started my day by shoveling the driveway...got my exercise in that fashion.  Today also starts the training path presenter series...it's a long day for me even though I'm not front and center.  I worry about the students giving enough respect to the guest visitor, so I'm on "hawk vision" trying to make sure they aren't disrespectful.  

Last night the Illinois basketball team won the game and won a share of the Big Ten Conference Championship.  They were lucky.  They were lucky they won, and they were lucky that Wisconsin lost earlier in the day.  I watched a bunch of basketball yesterday after little Rosie's baptism.  I did get some exercise in as well.
