6:09 a.m. - I booked our trip sites to South Dakota yesterday!  I guess the warmer temps just were the motivation to get that task done.  We are going to spend a week in Spearfish, SD, and from there take in as many sites as we possibly can.  Amber talked about going to Yellowstone, but it's another 6 hours to Yellowstone, so that would be a long "day trip"...maybe that's going to have to be an overnight trip and find a hotel/motel or KOA cabin somewhere.  

Yesterday's RTA meeting was a good one.  We had a lot of conversation to get a better understanding of concerns and reasoning for contract changes that are needed.  We are set to make another proposal to the BOE next week, and I'm hoping more common ground can be achieved.

Yesterday we started our look at the film Alone in the Wilderness, which is generally well-received by students.  Unfortunately, this particular group of students doesn't well-receive much of anything.  I will continue on...survive today and get to tomorrow.  Eventually all the tomorrows have to lead to Spring Break and eventually the end of the school year.
