Friday, March 13

4:50 a.m. - Yesterday was another busy one, as the entire week has been.  I spent the morning at Andalusia Elementary conducting Biztown interviews with 5th grade students.  This is something that at least I enjoy!  Then it was back to IC Elementary to take care of things and put out fires there, which included having to supervise a student in my office for the afternoon.  Then there were lots of grandchildren at our house for the evening.  I did watch some of the IHSA boys basketball tournament and a little of the Big Ten Tournament.

Today is Friday the 13th.  It's a half day and that means professional development.  It's pay day.  And apparently we are already on a winter storm watch for Sunday - WHAT?  Kevin Phelps just hinted at 6 inches of snow and a blizzard warning - WHAT?  Sheesh.  Survive the day...get to the weekend, and then maybe a snow day on Monday.  Weather life is never dull in West Central Illinois!
