8:38 a.m. - It's a rainy morning...not storming, so that's good. So it's a morning to check in with Bella here at the house and take care of her. I think I will go over to the school as well and get in a little workout. Then I think I will head to the Farmer's Market and see what adventure I can find there. And then I think I'll head back to the campground. That's not a bad way to spend a day.
Yesterday was a hodge podge. I did get the yard mowed at home, which was good. Then it was back to the campground for some rest and relaxation while listening to the Rockridge girls softball game. They lost, but it was a great game. They play again today for third and fourth place. The last night we went to Brinley and Brooklyn's game. We did get back to the campground in time to have a nice little bonfire. It just so happened that the site next to us had a young man playing his guitar, and that brought back some memories.
I'm enjoying the first couple of days of summer vacation; in fact, I decided on Monday I'm just going to take the camper out to Loud Thunder and park it in Site 14 in the Horse Corral area. I figured we would be camping the weekend anyway, and why not just book it for the rest of the week?
