6:09 a.m. - Last night's trip to Amboy was fairly uneventful, which is a good thing. It's nice to work with Tad and Robbie, and Amboy built a new gym which was fun to work in - I always like seeing a gym I've never been in. All in all, it was still a late night, so I'm a little weary this morning. On the other hand, IT'S FRIDAY! I think I had a full week of school this week for the first time in 2022.
The seedings for the IHSA girls postseason came out yesterday. That means this weekend I'll probably know where I'll be working my first postseason assignments. Discovering where I'm going and who I'm going to be working with in the postseason is usually a fun time.
Today at school I'll be explaining our next presentation project. The day is designed to be productive for students to get a jump start on their projects and select some possible topics. With this crew of juniors I'm working with right now, the day will be mostly wasted for them....their apps and contents on their phones are much more interesting bits of information than I could ever provide.
