8:54 a.m. - I almost missed garbage day! Because of the impending weather, they must have started the route early. Just after that first entry, I got my slippers on and went outside to put the garbage can at the end of the drive, and as I was doing that, here comes Republic Services. I ended up just waiting for him to dump it in the truck and then took the can back up to the garage. I can do a few little things for school today, but most of the day I'm going to spend nursing my knee. I've got ice bag going now, and I'll get at least one ice bath and try to get some hot baths too. Plus, I'm going to try and get some strategic stretching in. If I could get my game tonight postponed, that would be great. I normally wouldn't say that, of course, but I have a lot of games coming up starting next Monday.

- Take care of insurance stuff with school with colonoscopy payments

- Have shin guards fixed somewhere and Kenzie's slippers?
