6:24 a.m. - Well, yesterday was eventful! Kenzie and Darrin had their baby yesterday! Welcome Luke Jason Harrison to the world and the pictures are awesome. My favorite is with Karrigan and Amber outside looking at him through the window (because of the pandemic). Yesterday afternoon, I also had my first conversation with my new financial planner...I've been needing to organize my financial closet for awhile, so this was an important step for me. Finally, I had another game to officiate last night, and while I really enjoy working with my regular partners, one final Iowa game with two completely new partners was fun too. And this morning, we got paid! Whoop, whoop! Because of a three day weekend coming up, I think today is going to be a chill day - finish the video file and maybe do a little SAT practice. Tonight if the snow holds off, I have games at West Central High School, but Carmen is going with me to take a tour of the school because she may be getting a teaching job there. So while I'm working, Carmen is going to meet with the principal...I guess it's sort of a second interview.
