5:47 a.m. - Yesterday I was a slug, but I needed to be a slug.  I was able to ice and heat and massage my leg up to about 40%, which is a lot better than it was on Saturday.

Today, I hope to have a good day at school.  I need to meet with Mrs. Hasson this morning and have her give me a little tutorial on Evaluwise summative rating stuff, and we'll see how the rest of the day goes.  I'm supposed to be officiating at United tonight, but I just sent Tad and Jason a message about trying to get out of some games/dates in order to just have some nights off.  Maybe I can catch a couple of nights off to help me recover a bit more.
