8:31 a.m. - Yesterday's clinic at University of Dubuque was amazing and just what we needed. The evaluators were very helpful, we didn't have to work too much to get good feedback, we saw a presentation from a legendary official - Rick Hartzell, and we spent a good day together thinking about the upcoming shot clock that will be used in Iowa. IT WAS AWESOME!
Today...we have the Harrison grandchildren who spent the night last night, but I have the day off to recover from basketball officiating, so that's good. I'm really not sure what today is going to include...I need to get some work done around the house, but I'm not sure what will get done and what won't. The schedule for upcoming softball and basketball officiating is nearly done...only three days left. It's been a very, very busy June.
I would like to get my truck today. (UPDATE) - truck is not ready. I hope it's ready by Friday because I just booked a camping weekend.
Things to do
- vacuum pool
- get truck back from Slayden's
- make sure National Passes are in camper/truck
- put new seals in the pool motor - ordered replacement kit
- register for Iowa officiating crap
- spray weeds
- pay bills - Country Companies
- mail mortgage payment
- July 6 - 9 a.m. - association meeting
