6:15 a.m. - I know a lot of my life revolves around the weather...camping, umpiring, taking care of the yard, etc...  When I see temps this week as 50's and clouds and rain, and then I see next week sunny and 88 degrees...that's cause for concern.  I have to get the yard mowed; I have to get some weeds sprayed; I have to get the pool opened and up-and-running.  This weekend is going to be important.  

Yesterday was "just a day"...got through the school day, got through umpiring, got back home and played with grand children then grand dogs, watched some television, and went to bed.  I did sleep better last night which should help with today.

I'm supposed to umpire at Rock Island today, and they will pay in wet, soggy, cold conditions.  If I were to bet, I would bet we will be playing.  That's not necessarily a bad thing because I'd be working with someone I haven't seen for awhile, and that would be fun.

• score assignments and record into Lumen as needed - n/a
• score/enter assignments from yesterday
• 2nd and 4th period finished
• make sure everyone got participation deductions that deserved one
